Been away from hogs for a while and am unsure how to read the DTN and newspaper hog reports. If the current weighted average western corn belt price is listed as $57.34 is that carcass price before any grade and yield additions? Or 57.34 times 74% yield equals $42.43 live weight? Seems kind low to me. Appreciate any reminders on this.
