I have a Matthews switchback. That was about ten models ago, but see no reason to upgrade. IMO, nobody makes a bad bow anymore. Plenty of good dealers around with indoor range to try some out and get some pointers. My rule of thumb is the faster they are, the less forgiving. The less cam they have, the smoother the draw will be. Don't be afraid to shoot moderately heavy arrows either. It's not like you're gonna be attempting 50 yard shots just getting started, and they will be tougher and more weight equals better penetration. If you can draw 70#, I'd even strongly consider 125 grain broad heads. Be prepared to have a lot of fun. And remember this, practice doesn't make perfect, but perfect practice does.
