Colby, Kansas | The relationship of grain flow to sensor output is curvilinear, thats why with a linear calibration your worst errors are typically at low and high flow rates. What I think you were seeing Daniel is that especially at those high flow rates, that are close to capacity, it takes more calibration points to fit that curve so that you can really distinguish the differences between flow rates that are at the relatively high end of the range. As has been discussed below, I think if you put a few more points in across the upper end of the range and run the full multi-point cal things will clear up.
