Only 3 cal loads would be one main problem. If you do not have the fourth load in there it is basically still running on a straight line calibration averaging the three loads. You need to run a fourth load and have at least four loads checked as cal loads in the calibration screen in order to get the calibration curve set. I would guess this is a lot of what is the problem. With new firmware on the incommand supposedly you can achieve a calibration with just one load that will be more accurate than in the past with just one load. Or run two loads one a full flow and one at half flow and be decently accurate. I still run the four loads to try and be as accurate as possible though.
