Look at the new Honda Pilot without all the bells and whistles. We have a 2003 Acura MDX at 220K with no big issues and have owned it since new. The newer MDXs are way too fancy with electronics but the Pilot has the same mechanicals and are smartly appointed without the glitz and is a lower price.
