I am the US Operations Manager for Farmers Edge, and you have my apologies for delays in service. Your profile is generic, so I am unable to determine under whose territory you belong, but I'll hit up my team to find out where our gaps are, and why your expectations were not met.

Farmers Edge is a partnership on the farm, meaning, it takes effort from us, as well as the customer, as we need to have your input to properly assist with your farm. This can be a challenge in the Fall, as our customers are very busy and hard to find time to sit with and sort out the data.

I will certainly take this post to heart and follow up to ensure we do not see this happen again (for all the affected folks on here). Feel free to reach out to me directly, and I'll resolve your issues. While we have missed the opportunity this fall, you will find tremendous value in the data we provide you, as well as the daily imagery you will receive throughout the year.
