Nice photo, food looks great, I could eat some of that. I've never got sick from a buffet other than if I ate too much due to running all day without a meal. Some buffets have too much fried food, but I understand its all about trying to keep the costs down by serving items that can be kept warm under a heat lamp. I wish there was a good Chinese place here.
