This was at my favorite Chinese Buffet.

It's a clean* place with reasonable prices and food that tastes good.   They used to have a brisket that was unmatched anywhere but no longer.  Probably cost too much.

Not much of a desert selection but the range of protein based food more than make up for it.

Walleye, salmon, chicken of all sorts, shrimp (boiled butter shrimp like in the picture, big garlic shrimp in the shell and sometimes cocktail shrimp on ice), beef mixed with other things such as mushrooms or broccoli and then a range of other stuff.

Some of the "other" things are there one time and not the next but the above are there every time. 

*Looked at the Scott County health inspections and found it to be no worse than many of the places people regularly eat.  The violations were things such as employee drinks in sushi area (I don't eat bait) or soap dispenser needs additional cleaning and ready to eat egg rolls lacked dates.
