If you are even a little overweight losing 25 or 30 lbs can make an amazing difference in how your knees feel. If you are considerably overweight losing 50 to 75 lbs can make a huge difference. It doesn't fix what is wrong with your knees but takes a lot of the strain off them and often lessens the pain from arthritis. | |
