| Most desktops can hold more than one hard drive, but depending on the computer it might not come with the brackets and cables built in but you should be able to buy those online.
If I were you, I'd go with a 120 or 240gb SSD to install Windows and your applications on, and have a secondary drive (1tb or so, larger if you need it) for your documents, pictures and other files. Going that route your computer would run faster, but you wouldn't compromise on capacity or have to spend a fortune. If you're buying a computer, you could just buy it with the SSD and then buy the secondary drive and install it, it's really not all that complicated to physically install it, and all you'd have to do is format it and it'd be ready to use. | |
