NW Washington
Peas need nice cool growing weather and then nice hot dry conditions when they are ripening, like conditions in places in the N. Great Plains, W. Canada and the Pacific NW.
My guess is that they will grow fine but you will have a tough time getting them to dry and get ready for harvest with your humid weather and summer rains. They can get various things like mold, fungus and mildew if things are damp and not right. The leafless Aflia tendril type peas that cling together and stand up would be your best bet.
