The park valve on the trailer is gummed up. The valve "should" dump that air quickly. What's happening is the air that holds the spring brakes off is trying to exhaust through the dash valve. Not many options short of changing valve on trailer. You can try releasing and setting the brakes several times to work it loose. It's usually not advised, but I have used small amounts of air brake antifreeze in all of our trailers without any adverse effects. If you.want to try it, open the drain valve, let off all air. Leave drain valve open, and put an ounce or two of antifreeze into the emergency line and hook up. Have someone release the trailer brake while you listen for air to start to come out of drain valve. When you hear air, set trailer brakes, close drain valve, and release trailer brakes. When trailer is fully aired up, set brakes. If air is still dumping in cab, quickly release them again, wait a few seconds, set them, do this multiple times to try and jar the valve. Good luck.
