I think there are two different crop dividers for those heads. I have a 25' that I use for wheat and a 35' for soybeans and I think they have different dividers. I have used the 25' for beans before and it seemed to have the same problem as yours.

If that's not it, then check the linkage underneath to make sure the contact rods are all set the same distance. The set bolt can come loose. If the outside rod is farther from contact than the others, it will cause the outside to run closer to the ground and dig in.
