You're thinking 60% of the value of the assets? Curious as to why? Can't say I could see CHS letting it go for much less than appraised value. To be clear I'm talking about the appraised value of the assets put up as collateral. I'm sure the buyout figure was closer to 50% of the balance of the loan than it was to 100% and that's not having a clue what kind of collateral there is.
Looks like CHS sold the debt
