Says CHS was originally owed $285 million, and took most all the owned land away in exchange for reducing the debt to $145 million.
In other threads, nearly all machinery was leased, there was an auction a few weeks ago dispersing of the owned machinery.
There are very few hard assets left as I have read the threads, the crop in the field and the signed leases for future years is about it, unless all that paperwork got shuffled around and rearranged again.
