Illinois / Wisconsin | Have you checked to see if a task is running? For Task Controller operation, this is listed at Main Page > ISOBUS > TC tab.
With the work state arrow being green and down, the display is seeing the work state from the ISO controller as being in work. Most likely, there's a task open and the display thinks there is being data recorded and greying out the options to change the work condition while the task is running.
