Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | If you choose auto region changing such as I did, you are indicating that you want the system to automatically change the region for you so that all areas planted to that variety are automatically grouped together. It would be a direct contradiction to then try to change the region yourself for the same variety.
Had I not indicated that I wanted automatic region changing and only a variety change notification, I believe I would have been able to start a new region myself. With only the variety change notification checked, I would only receive notification when the variety changed and it would be up to me to manually change it if I wished. |
