I have tried the FODD below and it doesn't seem to help either system. Since I do not have a direct connection to FieldView, but instead just deal with the data exported out to be be brought into other systems, you can reach out to those software companies to discuss that FODD and these types of issues. I haven't spoken to anyone running SST, but i would expect they too may be seeing issues.
