Levi I know used to offer lifetime free replacement on 501s. All I have ever worn. Can't stand anything else They will not replace due to being worn thin but if you rip out the crotch or tear off a pocket just send them in and you get a new pair for free. Then they sell your pants to some hippies for double the original $
