Central Nebraska | This is on 2015 S670 that has factory yield monitoring on it. John Deere has been using Ag Leader mass flow and moisture sensors since the beginning of the S series. My issue is that when we started cutting beans the other day the yield monitor was reading somewhere around 70-80 bpa and 13-13.5% moisture. As the day went on the yield declined but moisture stayed the same. I checked the weights between monitor and the elevator, the monitor on the first load was 9% low (which being uncalibrated id say is close) the second load was 15% low and the third was 32%. I checked the mass flow sensor for mud build up and it was clean, the elevator speed was running 420RPM empty and 415RPM loaded. I have calibrated the temp and moisture. What is going on here??
