Subject: My John Deere....

Chebanse, IL.....

"MyJohnDeere", which is supposedly slowly replacing Apex, has decided that we should be measuring all our wet yield amounts in TONS vs the many years practice of measuring it in POUNDS.  I'm fairly familiar with how to convert tons to pounds, but now we're not sure whether they're using metric tons or what.

To me, the pounds that we've been using for centuries worked just fine. Tons does make a smaller number....maybe that's their goal, to have us work with small numbers?

If anyone from JD cares, please change it back to pounds. We don't use tons in grain farming in IL.
