Shouldn't be a problem, I do believe that most CAN is twisted pair wiring, depending on how much damage you should be able to repair without an issue.
Maybe want to wait for a second on this as I am not a expert by any means. I am just saying what I would do. Get some twisted pair wire and repair away.
Can I repair CAN wires ?
