SW So Dakota | I planted my first soybean crop and I just bought a 630F that I am going to put on my JD 9550. The combine only has the 2 hydraulic hoses on the feeder house but the head has several hoses in a group. I talked to my dealer and there is a block I can add to my combine for about $1600 or I can change the head hydraulics for around $680. Has anyone ever done this and do you have recommendations either way? At some point I will upgrade my combine which will have the capability to accept the head as it is now. Any thoughts? | |
