MN | Ray it seems to me that your main problem is with the support at your dealer. Any dealer should have been able to look up by themselves on the dealer deere website to see if that 4700 was combatible with the components you had ordered. The software on your keycard being about two months old is normal. For whatever reason the place that they ship the cards from is about two month behind on actual software. But your dealer should have updated that card before giving it to you to run in the field just to make sure you did have the latest software. Im not trying to make your dealer sound bad because all this technology has come on very fast for deere dealerships and some of them are struggling to get the right people in place that can support this type of technology. | |
