I think spartan elite is a good product for no-till dryland flowers here. Its basically been the recommendation of choice for some time, just in a premix now. This summer Zidua got approved for sunflowers as a preplant surface, preemerge, or early post. I would also give strong consideration to it along with another tankmix partner.
