How much land does Boreson own and who holds the paper on that. Also who will.CHS hire to harvest that many acres. And how did they CHS loan so much money with so little collateral. What about personal property , was that collateral also?
CHS took title to a bunch of ground back in May, something like 14,000 acres iirc.
If this is correct, (I assume it would have to be court approved 1st) what do they intend to do with this land? This coop BoD's seems to have done a rather poor job of capital allocation and opened themselves up for severe scrutiny for little gain.
