Subject: Sweet corn season winding down

Central Wisconsin

Here are some random pictures of our small central WI farm. We started 7 years ago by growing 2.5 acres of sweet corn for a neighbor. This year we had about 20 acres of sweet corn and misc. vegetables. I'd say we might get another 2-3 weeks of selling unless Mother Nature freezes everything first. I'm wore out at this point so if we freeze it's ok by me. Sure has been lots of fun to see the kids become more and more involved. It's by far the most enjoyable part of all this. We've also got 225 acres of corn n beans but those are tough to pencil out in the current environment. I always enjoy lurking around this site seeing everyone's farm pictures so I thought I'd reciprocate. Take Care.
