Subject: Fall wheat fertilizer?

Mi
Thinking of spreading
25lbs N
25lbs P
50lbs K
Agronmist said to add boron and Mn to the blend. Wouldn't those be better in the top dress blend in the spring? Or not?
Planning on spreader fertilizer and no tilling into bean stubble.
Or would once over with the field culivator be better?
In the winter when the ground is froze, can a person spread a thin layer of manure (dry) on top of the wheat? Or will you hurt the wheat that the spreader runs over?
