Subject: Don't Deliver, Sue!



South Central Iowa		I know nothing of those contracts, but the Nov low was $9.07. So they would need a -130c basis and sell it all on the worst day of the year.

I would sue them! I wouldn't deliver, they didn't uphold their end of the contract. It's purposeful to be that bad. How else is it possible?
