West Central Indiana | Work with 2 neighbors chopping silage. They own the chopper, I provide a truck, labor, and drill rye on their silage ground in exchange for them chopping mine. Run a JD 5460 chopper which has been a very good machine. The corn head is another story. Five major breakdowns with the last one being catastrophic. One of the partners on the chopper is on his way to MN to get a different head.
