north east IN | Post below when we started the tractor on a new engine rebuild in 3 minutes Hyd blew out the top of the engine. Split the tractor again and there was no doll pin in the flywheel so there was a 1/2 inch hole through the fly wheel and the end of the crank into the engine. The back of the c1 pack has a hollowed out place for the bolt heads that hold the flywheel on to run in and that cavity has clutch pressure oil in it. Without the pin in, there is a 1/2 inch hole straight into the engine. So that is how pressured Hyd oil was getting into the engine. This is a picture of the face of the c1 pack that bolts against the flywheel. We put a new doll pin in and had Deere come down and put a new main seal in. When we put it back together rolled it up till we had to stop to check to see if the pins inside the transmission were lined up then gave it a push and it went right together. This was a first for us, most of the time it is a real struggle to get it back together
