EC SoDak | I guess "BTO" is pretty generic and open to ones own interpretation. But come on guys, accusing many farmers of fraud for how they make rents and land prices work is a reach. Obviously a few do, we've seen the court cases.
We all deal with different numbers, management practices, and levels of risk we are willing to take on our farms. Perhaps that's where much of the difference comes from?
