Stearns County, Minnesota

RWIowa - 9/21/2017 10:28 They can also place a claim on a landlord who received his payment up front if others were shorted. All creditors are to be treated equally. Bankruptcy courts have a lot of leeway. This happened to the parents of a friend.

Agreed 100%.
