I have a 640D and looking to go to a 640 FD. Both of my combines are 2010 9770 model with smaller 4" faceplate. Would it be required to go to larger faceplate for the 640FD? It appears the weight of the two headers is similar so curious why they are saying the 640FD needs the upgrade? TIA
