southern MN | Just looked at my Google eArth Pro, it was a free download on a real computer, it has historical sat under the 'view' tab.
They keep changing the computer power and software versions needed for regular access, a person ends up in 'google light' mode way down in the bottom left side a lot of times, with features disabled. You need a current browser and so forth.
Google especially does not like tablets, they seem to disable and limit about anything you can do with a tablet through their many services as they switch very capable tablets to only using a limited phone option; I guess tablet owners should be happy looking at big chunky blocks of color and be satisfied with life.......
