Now if you want to check out the theory that describes how the plates are moving on the surface of the earth you could visit Iceland where I understand you can see the crevice which is on the line between the plate that the Americas is on and the one Europe is on and it is widening at the rate of 2.5 cm per year.
As for all that water that was needed for the flood, do the numbers and see how much would have been needed to cover all the mountains on the earth and then the question was if it was salt or fresh water because the life forms in the other kind would have died off unless that little ship 'the Ark' had some aquariums in it. | |
