Humans don't make major evolutionary advancements in one generation.
Very true, but don't you think she could be created to have everything needed to reproduce?
Or are we to belive that over the millions of years it took to change from cells splitting to sexual reproduction that male and female evolved at the exact same pace to ensure the species survival.
Considering that every other species on this planet that requires two genders for reproduction has a male and female at the same evolutionary scale, I'm going to go with your second statement.
