| If they were real at all (questionable), people 5000 years ago (again, highly questionable dating) people didn't have a terribly long life expectancy. Less than 60 years.
Regarding belly buttons, that involves some questioning. Allegedly god made man in his image. If A&E had a belly button, that means god did too. BUT, that would only mean that god came from a womb like us. So who gave birth to god? You can ponder that yourself. On the other hand, if A&E did NOT have a belly button, that means Eve evolved over 9 months to form an umbilical cord for her children, and that any descendants of them did in fact have a belly button. We're told by the religious that evolution isn't real. So if evolution isn't real, then god's "perfect" design was flawed with the first birth.
Either way you look at the belly button issue, there's some extreme flaws. | |
