Do the truss ridges weather very much do to your open ridge vent design?.. do you think if I built a 36' wide barn at 16' high there be enough flow through a 3-4" opening enclosed ridge vent? Have you ever considered wrapping the top of your trusses with flashing to shield them from the weather?
