just a tish NE of central ND | I know this is a little out of the purpose of your post. But, I will tell you this, from someone that one time lost a S-ITLOAD of body weight over a fairly short time, the one thing I DID NOT EVER SKIP was eating a GOOD sizeable tastey chunk of steak every so often and never skipped meat in general (just limited portion size). I did however really miss eating potatoes and bread as I skiped them for a long time along with all sugar items and most carbs and all beers ect......
I refuse to skip a good steak , period. |
