SC Neb Most houses are priced from 80-150k in the farming communities. Most are bigger than what I would call a starter home.
If I had an extra 30k, I would rather buy a car for10k and give 20k to a couple charity groups than drop the whole wad at a new car dea!ership. But I don't.......
