Most of the people that apply & get hired for those jobs are UNEMPLOYED. 90%& of those people are unemployable. 5% can be employable, & MAYBE 5% are employable IF your LUCKY. It takes about 30& people "here " to find 1 I want to keep around.  Most need someone to "hold their hand & blow their nose".   Starting wages are $30,000 & a year.  Just Started a fellow @ $36000 yr 2 weeks ago that I will be sending down the road Friday, Will not stay on task, doesn't know 10% of what he claimed..wants  to be a "watchman" watching others work.
