AFS connect.
1. In the past 2 years I have erased all Data on the card heading into the next year, and I haven't. Not real sure what I did differently. Guess it would be nice to keep the data from previous years on the card as well as the software program, but what is the easiest way to set up the farms/fields/crop for the upcoming season without deleting the 2016 information? At the very least I would like to be able to keep the Farms and Fields in there so I can select them and just change the crop type.
The "right" way to do it is to delete everything from the card and the display, then use the desktop software to set up the card with the Farms and Fields again. This way you can start the season with a clean slate and don't have prior data cluttering up the system.

2. What is the easiest way to be able to export the data from AFS connect to word and/or be able to e-mail it? Outside of printing it out or taking the memory card, I am unable to share the data with people who need it.
What do you want to be able to share? And who do you want to share it with? What analysis software are they using? You can either give the person limited direct access to Connect, or you can set them up as a trusted provider so they can get data directly via an API connection, without needing to log in to Connect at all. |
