You will need a way to let oil return to tank from the other side of the cylinder. But only while you are actively steering. Otherwise it will affect turning with the steering wheel.

Probably need an orifice or flow control on SCV.

You won't mess up the orbital, but it could cause you problems if it is reactive. Does the steering wheel tens to straighten out when you are turning and let go of the wheel? If yes, you have a reactive system.


I didn't know reactive steering systems existed. I found a 22 page Raven valve install manual for reactive system, I'll flip through that.
