I too think the fancy coffee is ground too fine and/or the Bunn puts out the hot water too fast for the fine grind stuff. The Bunn was probably designed for the old coarse grind coffee like Folgers and Maxwell House and they tout how fast they can make a pot of coffee. Check the brew basket outlet and make sure it is clear and maybe try a different brand or type of filter in the brew basket.
