I've done an equip grant for a livestock mortality facility. There is a lot of paperwork involved and they definitely just don't hand out money.
I can't speak for dirt work but for cement and structure there are VERY strict guidelines that must be followed or they will shut work down.
You also have to line up several inspections throughout the process. Rebar spacing, footer depth, slab thickness, post setting, rafter spacing. Each one of those had to have a seperate inspection before the next step could be done. Plus a final inspection before any checks are wrote.
Can't imagine dirt work wouldn't have a pretty stocked guidelines also.
If this all went on behind your back you must have one smooth talking partner.
Or maybe he really was just trying to make some nice land improvements...time will tell | |
