I farm with a biz partner who did a EQUIP program on his own. The farms he enrolled and shared with me in labor and expenses. I found out about this while looking on ewg.org. This is  where you can look up farm subsidies. It is a rather large one time payment for doing this program. I'm looking into this further in NRCS what might and how this was done without me knowing it. As my name is on the same FSA farm numbers with the splits. So where do I go from here since he has done this without me knowing?
