Amherst WI | I have Trimble and Ag leader stuff around here.
I prefer the Ag leader equipment because if I am stumped and the local guy can't get here I can call in and talk to the head shed. They are very good at what they do.
I got my new Trimble stuff from the Case IH dealer. They haven't been able to keep anyone in the AMS role for over a year. The last time they were out I waited all day for the guy to show up and when he got here he didn't know what he was doing so he called Trimble, you can't call Trimble if your a customer directly. As I was sitting next to him I couldn't help but think I was paying $1XX/hr to do something I could have done a several hours before myself had it been Ag Leader.
