I started out using the 3 checks to a page back in the early 90's.  For the past 20 years, I use the single check to a page.  Single is much easier and simpler.  Never worry about having checks left over that won't go through the printer.  Also aif you have an employee the bottom stub is great for their with holdings info.

 I got my last order from Sam's Club.  I don't print near as many checks as I did in the past.  Put most of my purchases on a card with a 2% rebate and pay that bill that online.
