Seems like ours come from Carousel. I can check tomorrow for sure, but if I remember right, most check companies can supply QB checks.
We never tried any other style, but are happy with the single sheet checks with 2 vouchers. As mentioned, send the check and one voucher to the payee, staple the other to the statement.
